And then, after a fierce battle with the Generation of Miracles, they win the national championship.

When Kuroko and his friends are second years, around the end of summer, an up-and-coming American street basketball team called Jabberwock comes to Japan. However, when play a friendly match with the Japanese team, they crush them with overwhelming force and sneer at the Japanese basketball scene.

Their attitude enrages Riko's father Kagetora, and so he gathers the Generation of Miracles, along with Kuroko and Kagami, and declares a revenge match against Jabberwock!

And thus the strongest dream team is born: the Vorpal Swords!!
