Return of Goods

Return / Exchange

Return or exchange at customer convenience is not accepted. However, in the case of defective goods or mistakes caused by the company, if we are notified within seven days of the arrival of the item we will determine the best course of action according to company policy.

Special contract for returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns / exchanges even within seven days of delivery in the following cases:

  1. If the package has been opened.

  2. If the item has been stained or damaged by the customer.

  3. In the case of scratches or breaks that do not hinder the use of or significantly reduce the value of the product, or generally negligible cosmetic damages to the packaging. 

  4. If purchased outside this site.

Cancellations

Delivery time of goods

We will ship within five days, as soon as the goods are ready and payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as delivery area, traffic, weather conditions, inventory etc.

  • The company will order from the manufacturer if the item is out of stock.

  • If the company is unable to arrange the items you ordered, the order will be cancelled.
