UPCOMING CHANGES TO SHIPPING OPTIONS (09/17/2024)

Starting from October 1, 2024 (JST), our shipping options will see some changes. Please take note of the following in advance:

EMS:

We will discontinue the option to ship orders via EMS. EMS orders confirmed before October 1 will be shipped via EMS as usual. However, EMS will not be available for new orders after October 1.

DHL:

Due to new fees imposed by DHL, our DHL shipping rates will be revised starting from October 1, 2024 (JST). Orders confirmed before this date will honor the shipping fee charged at checkout. However, please note that if shipping needs to be re-invoiced (eg. re-sending returned package, re-calculating shipping after editing the content of an order, etc.), the new shipping rate will apply.

INTERNATIONAL CONFLICT: SOME SHIPPING METHODS/LOCATIONS RESTRICTED (06/16/2022)

Due to recent international conflict, Japan Post and DHL are currently not accepting packages bound for the following countries/regions:
