≪Story≫
Nusttradamas, a man that live the town over from Nostradamus, spoke the following prophecy:
"In the year that the numbers 20 and 23 are aligned, two lights shall fall from the heavens. One will be a dark light and the other a small white light...The dark light will grow strong and powerful, so powerful that it will wreak havoc and destruction upon the earth. "
In the year 2023, two lights fell to the earth from outer space. The first, a white light that hits Shinnousuke who is waiting for dinner. His body is then filled with a mysterious power.
"My..my butt...it's getting hot.."
He concentrates and tries to put all of his new power into his toy and surprisingly it begins to float in the air! At that moment superpower wielder Shinnosuke was born.
The second dark light hit a man named Mitsuru Hiriya, bathing him in a black light and making him the wilder of dark and destructive power. His part time job sucks, his favorite idol got married, and he even is being chased by police who have mistaken him for a violent criminal.
Hiriya, the man that wants to destroy the world, vs. Shinnsouke.
The scene is set for a great battle of supernatural powers where "everything is Shin-dimensional"!
