A coin-shaped pipe bomb is found in the sky casino. One of these coin-shaped bombs exploded in the city, and doom blooms amidst the chaos. The name of the people behind this atrocity was the Armed Detective Agency. Atsushi Nakajima and his friends, who fell into the hideous trap laid by The Decay of the Angel, are now framed as a terrorist organization and are vilified around the world.

The "Hunting Dogs" are the most powerful special force unit in the military. They pursue and devour their pray ripping them to apart into a thousand pieces. They do this with the belief that they have dedicated themselves to protecting society.
With the widespread terror, Capitan Ochi Fukuchi is approached by the United Nations' Council for Terrorism Counter-Measures to help them on the founding of a new anti-terror association Super National Armed Security Force, also known as, the Army of Mankind.

Atsushi runs straight ahead, feeling the pain of not having is companions by his side. The seeds of hope are sown along the path of the poor lost dog.
Yukichi Fukuzawa and Edogawa Rampo, the cornerstones of the Armed Detective Agency, and Dazai Osamu, who was himself imprisoned in order to discover what Fyodor is up to, are also waiting for an opportunity to strike back.
There are only six days left until the "The Decay of the Angel" plan to annihilate the nation. Can he take the "page" in his hands and defeat the still-unseen leader, Kamui?
