Shouyou Hinata finally debuts in his first ever Jr. High School Volley Ball game but gets utterly destroyed by Kitagawa Daiichi Junior High no thanks in part to Tobio Kageyama aka "King of the Court". Vowing to take revenge Hinata finally makes it to Karasuno High and goes to the school's volleyball club. To his surprise he finds his old rival Kageyama standing there...

Ep. 13 - Worthy Adversaries
Due to Nekoma's high defensive and observational skills, they being attacking Hinata.
In order to try and break through their defense Kurasuno beings an all out attack moving as fast as they can. With the help of their team mates Hinata and Kageyama go back and forth and toe to two with Nekoma High. However, being the more experienced team Nekoma High eventually wins being lead to victory by their leader Kuroo.
However, they tried to break out of the situation by attacking as fast as they could.
Ep. 14 - Formidable Opponents
With the inter-high qualifying round coming up in the next month, the tension between the Karasuno team members grows as each member's thoughts and feelings are put on the line.
After the Nekoma High game, the team members have found their individual and, above all, team problems. With their morale boosted they being to practice even harder.
Then, the pairings for the qualifying rounds are announced!?
Ep. 15 - Revival
The day of the inter-high qualifying round is finally here. It is Karasuno High vs Tokonami High.
Sawamura goes up against his jr. high team mate, Ikejiri.
In this tournament if you lose once you're out. Karasuno High's up and coming power house reputation is put on the line in this decisive battle!
