≪Story≫
[Gintama]
Set in the alternate Edo-period Japan, an alien race from outer space have invaded the country and taken control, forcing the once powerful Samurai to lay down their swords. Once feared as the White Demon, former samurai Gintoki Sakata, works as an everyday handyman until a master swordsman tasks Gintoki and his friends with finding a cursed sword to keep it from falling into the wrong hands. Packed with the sword-swinging sci-fi action and offbeat humor, Gintama is a journey through a visually-stunning universe where fantastical action lurks around every corner.
[Gintama 2: Rules Are Made To Be Broken]
Gintoki Sakata, Shinpachi Shimura, and Kagura are out of work and running low on money so they take up part-time jobs to pay the rent. However, they encounter shogun Shigeshige Tokugawa wherever they go and are compelled to wine and dine him. At the same time, the Shinsengumi'S second-in-command, Hijikata, is surrounded by ronin.
Hijikata tries to draw his sword, but for some reason his body moves on its own and he finds himself on his knees! Suddenly, his second personality, the Akiba-geki otaku "Tossy," appears.
Tossy, who has turned into a loser, and causes fighting and drama in the Shinsengumi. This ultimately leads them to a crisis that threatens its very existence.
